Rick's construction journey began at just 14 years old working alongside his dad learning how to lay out and frame houses. Rick was Prime’s first full time employee in 2009 and now owns All Pro Prime Solutions.

Rick's favorite part of the job is getting to create something hands on. Being able to give the customers a quality built, fresh look and seeing them happy and excited with how it came out makes any hassle worthwhile.
